481b4c1227 Reorganize community IRC information 
Add #android-firehose and add hyperlinks to the IRC channels themselves,
because we're using the HTML!

1180ce9090 Clarify importing Android formatting conventions into Eclipse 
This CL takes pity on people like me who are converting to Eclipse for
the first time.

Note the formatting in the file appears to be screwed up by the sites ->
jd conversion.  Thus, I wasn't sure what conventions to use for
representing file names and menu hierarchies.

a9788cd98f Cleaning up source.android.com files. 
This change fixes some formatting artifacts that resulted from the export from
Sites, and also updates links to no longer point to Sites and use the standard
{@docRoot} idiom. Also contains a few content updates, and introduces a page
about branch management.

- Added Makefile stub into sensors.jd as a starting point
- Small cleanup to build_new_device to reference the PRODUCT_* parameters
- Fixed URL in the README for app engine testing
