384a2fa51a All lines can be 100 cols according to the Android style guide 
https://source.android.com/source/code-style.html
There is actually an exception that comments can have longer lines
if they a literal that is longer.

42d0b0df19 Adding production app.yaml to source control 
Background: There does not appear to be a production version of
the app.yaml file for the developer.android.com site checked in
anywhere, which strikes me as a bit dangerous; We should be able
to replicate the DAC site entirely from source control.

Define __PTHREAD_MUTEX_INIT_VALUE, __PTHREAD_RECURSIVE_MUTEX_INIT_VALUE,

Pthread.h in API >= 9 have those already since bionic

Really libportable should take its own copy of BSD's <machine/asm.h>,
rather than relying on bionic's hacked-about copies.
