Dan Albert	9ffe126a24	Remove pre-ICS crap. No longer supported. Move the Gingerbread static libraries forward to ICS (we only have gingerbread and lollipop ones, so the Gingerbread ones have been used for ICS previously anyway). No longer supported. Move the Gingerbread static libraries forward to
