Sergey Melnikov	02327e165a	Bug: __WINT_TYPE__ and wint_t reference to different types __WINT_TYPE__ type provided by gcc. It references to unsigned int type for android and linux. Without this fix, the following lines will fail when configuring gnu stdlibc++ library.
