76c079eea2 Update mips64 lib-bootstrap 
Turns out previously built mips64el* are mips64r2, not mips64r6

ed7eb1300d Remove symlink lib-boostrap 
next CL will populate mips64r6 lib and lib-boostrap in real directory
previous symlink to android-9/arch-mips which is mips64r2
