9bdf821fc1 SDK: Support "android.bat update sdk" 
This ammends the batch file to recognize "android update sdk" to start
the updater UI.

081e65d06f New interactive functions to send commands to a device. 
This is still a bit crude but now we can remount,sync,reboot and flash
a device from emacs.

Support product aliases.

7805c44caf New "SDK Launcher" for Windows. 
This simple .exe will sit at the root of the Windows SDK
and currently simply executes tools\android.bat

It uses the same icon as the emulator.

Eventually it should simply replace the batch file.
