97c4f4304a Remove DX from the SDK 
Deprecation and removal of support of DX was announced here:
https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2020/02/the-path-to-dx-deprecation.html.

There is says:

As of On Feb 1st, 2021, we’ll move to step 3, removing DX fully from
Android Studio and any other build environments.

d945fbd381 Update winscope dependencies 
Current version of winscope had several dependencies with deprecation
and security warnings. To avoid issues, update to the latest compatible
versions according to `package.json` configuration using `yarn upgrade`

ccd908b3f8 Consider windows with alpha=0 as invisible 
Previously Winscope considered only the `isVisible` property to
determine if the window was visible or not. This failed in cases such as
`com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox/android.app.ContextImpl` when
launching apps, where `isVisible=true` and `alpha=0`

2dc09c2150 Add lint baseline to address NewApi errors 
We are enabling a new lint check where the min sdk != compile sdk.
It has produced a lot of errors and adding the baseline file(s)
allows us to continue work without introducing more problems.

03a2b4336b Resolve hidden connectivity dependency 
ConnectivityManager and NetwokUtils are parts of incoming
Connectivity mainline module. The hidden methods or members are
no longer accessible outside the module. Caller should either
remove or replace the usage.

The override hidden callbacks and INET_CONDITION_ACTION intent
are not really used in the code. Remove the unncessary usage.

The network id is a part of Network.toString(). The network id
is also not necessary.
