e98a5d4e19 Update for MediaSessionCompat support 
Switches the MediaRouter sample to using MediaSessionCompat instead of
RemoteControlClient. This goes along with the update to the support lib
for full MediaSessionCompat support of RCC.

c16f22a622 Explicitly use an older C++ standard. 
There's some crufty code in here that cannot be compiled with C++11 (a
lot of implicit conversions that C++11 complains about but C++98
doesn't). Moving this project isn't a high priority, so just use an
older standard.
