62437b9984 Windows SDK: copy SDK Setup.exe at root of SDK. 
Also add a source.properties (we'll install it on the vendor/google
script part of the script).

2022dcd9f1 Standardized on one single output buffer for all the commands output. 
All the commands output go to an *Android Output* buffer which
gets cleaned up before each command run.

Fixed a compilation bug, building from the top Makefile was not
generating a new image.
