Andy Stadler de479873e5 Classpath cleanups - DO NOT MERGE

* Add external/mp4parser
* Cleanup after Email rewinding

This does not affect system image builds at all - just fixes eclipse
workspace so there are no errors reported.

To import the formatter, go to the preferences, section Java > Code Style >
formatter, then click on import and choose
development/ide/eclipse/android-formatting.xml

To import the import order, to go into Java > Code Style > Organize Import,
then click on import and choose development/ide/eclipse/android.importorder
