Ying Wang 75ac6f2897 "debug" in those modules is discouraged

Because we need those modules for only emulator builds.
If you mark them as "debug", you'll get them even if you are doing a
real device userdebug/eng build.
Instead, we should add their module names to the emulator product config
in build/target/product/emulator.mk.

This directory contains Android-side modules related to hardware OpenGL ES
emulation. The host-side modules and documentation are in
$ANDROID_BUILD_TOP/sdk/emulator/opengl.
