Amit Feller e993528d8e opengles emulator: fixing GL_HALF_FLOAT_OES bug ...

when calculating the data size to pack, the type GL_HALF_FLOAT_OES,
wasn't recognized at all and therefore was by default 0, while it
should be 2 bytes.
