Dan Willemsen 477b1e30ef Remove legacy platform API files from platform-tools 
We'll be unable to create these files in the Mac builds going forwards,
so just remove these files that were moved to the platform-specific dirs
four years ago.

Android SDK

This directory contains configuration for building Android SDK. The root configuration file is sdk.atree.

Building the SDK

$ lunch sdk
$ m -j sdk
