Eric Fiselier	050bf66723	Remove non-standard basic_string_view::clear() member. ... This patch removes the clear() member from <string_view>. The modifier was removed from the TS before it ever landed in the standard. Stephan T. Lavavej	e619862dbf	[libcxx] [test] Replace _LIBCPP_STD_VER with TEST_STD_VER. ... This replaces every occurrence of _LIBCPP_STD_VER in the tests with TEST_STD_VER.
