Sunil Ravi c1edd3e62d Add SAE-EXT-KEY AKM in WPA3 transition mode config ...

If the softAp configuration is for WPA3 transition mode
and if the hw mode is 802.11be, add the mandatory
AKM SAE-EXT-KEY also.
