Add DRM Framework to support DRM content playback
together with StageFright.
- DRM Framework code is added
- include/drm
- drm
- api/current.xml is updated to include DRM Framework Java APIs
- cmds/servicemanager/service_manager.c is modified
to add drmManager and drmIOService.
