3556da3b4a Add include/hardware/*.h symlinks. 
These are required to build. Separate CL to preserve blame history.

From running 'update-includes.sh' script here.

d783cabd4d Split up headers. 
This splits headers into three locations:
include - for backwards compatibility, the global include
include_all - for things system/vendor both use
include_vendor - for things that only vendors use

The goal is to gradually have system things stop referencing
(at least most) of these headers.

c51d01ed02 Use extern "C" rather than BEGIN/END_DECLS. 
For compatibility with Trusty.  I'll probably revert this later after I
find a proper fix for Trusty.

c3ab05c3c4 Add KM_TAG_AUTH_TOKEN and corresponding auth token structure. 
We may want to put the auth token structure elsewhere; it's consumed by
keymaster but produced by other components.
