Connectivity metrics: change how interface names are logged
This patch deprecates the ifname field for specific metrics events of types DhcpClientEvent, DhcpErrorEvent, IpReachabilityEvent and IpManagerEvent. Instead ifnames are logged in ConnectivityMetricsEvent, allowing for link layer inference.
