e10b80de7d Move Inet[4]AddressUtils to libs/net 
The classes should not be picked up from frameworks/base, as they are
part of several mainline modules.

Also refine comments in DhcpResults following feedback in previous
change.

654013479b Support MirrorLink DHCPDECLINE.

a530ebb62d Address comments on NetworkStack AIDL v6 
Address issues found during AIDL review:
 - Rename clientAddr to singleClientAddr
 - Do not use a ParcelableBundle for notifyNetworkTested or
   notifyDataStallSuspected; instead use AIDL parcelables for stronger
   backwards compatibility guarantees.

74a4fa9b37 [Tether03] Migrate IpServer into module 
Add IpServer which is used to serve ip configuration, dhcp, dns proxy
and nat for downstream interface.
