Paul Hu 6d77c41f2a Implement the stop resolution with MdnsDiscoveryManager ...

The resolveService() uses new mdns backend if the
MdnsDiscoveryManager feature is enabled. So the new API
stopServiceResolution() should have new mdns backend
implementation as well.
