qservice: Fixes for IQHDMIClient

Browse Source 
- Fix compilation issue to make IQHDMIClient accessible from SDM
- Change the log level from ERROR to WARNING if the IQHDMIClient
  is not present. This is not a fatal state and can be treated as
  a warning.
