Dodji Seketeli f731b9da7d Xephyr: add -nodri and -noxv switches. 
* hw/kdrive/ephyr/ephyr.c,ephyrinit.c::
	  add -nodri and -noxv to disable either DRI or XV.
	  When -nodri, mesa GL (non acceleretated) works.
