Keith Packard 89b2aa9be8 Destroying RandR crtc or output overwrites memory. ...

RRCrtcDestroyResource and RROutputDestroyResource had matching
bugs that would overwrite memory past the end of the storage
of the crtc or output arrays. Oops.
