Slava Monich 9a0d0a7894 [gbinder] Added gbinder_writer_append_struct_vec(). JB#42956
Appends top-level vec<type>. Allocates GBinderHidlVec for that,
but unlike gbinder_writer_append_hidl_vec(), doesn't copy the
contents of the vector.
