178634c803 Set correct targetSdkVersion for DevelopmentSettings 
This app shouldn't be used on API 14 or earlier, which is when
the real development settings panel was introduced.

888ac28d79 Fixes to GridLayout demos. 
Include a GridLayout version of the "Simple Form" example provided in the
LinearLayout and RelativeLayout demos.

Make the existing Form demo work on all devices and orientations
(it was previously too wide for portrait mode).

66dc70ff47 Add a demo for using Presentations with the MediaRouter. 
Improved the documentation and robustness of the samples.

Modified the existing Presentation sample to use the new
DisplayManager API for querying displays that support a
particular category of uses.

c875f9321a Add ApiDemos for secure surfaces. 
Added three ApiDemos for secure surfaces.  One for Activity,
one for Dialog and one for SurfaceView.  The mechanism is the
same in each case but the API is a little different.

bc4f4fcecb Add platform FLP for emulator config

LocationManagerService.ensureFallbackFusedProviderPresentLocked().

91d9d51f5d Return accuracy in GPS emulation 
Accuracy is now a required field for location. To comply, set an
accuracy in returned fix. The accuracy is constant for now since
computing it from the NMEA sentence seems to be very complicated.

9da0812284 More on issue #7318666: hide developer options from user build 
The Dev Tools app now tries to add a link to Development Settings
at the top of its list.

Also add a new "Development Settings" app that directly takes you
to the development settings activity, as a stand-alone app that
could be distributed as a regular third party app.

3cbf850ab6 Make all monkeys do the same thing 
Monkeys were using SecureRandom, but what it really wanted was an LCRNG
that allowed it to reproduce the same output with seeds. This change
allows the monkeys to shine.
