aee6a006e1 Align the structure of percent demos with other support demo projects. 
Top level - an activity with a list of all samples. The list is driven
by metadata collected from the manifest.
Second level - specific demos.

This allows:
* Clear labeling at the top-level of what we're demoing
* Much more flexible and scalable way to show multiple demos (instead
of one ViewPager)
* Consistent structure across all our support demo projects

0265072c79 Set card background using ColorStateList. 
This allows Support7Demos activity to show CardView support for ColorStateList.
This sample activity already contains R.color.card_selector and now it sets it
fully.

0d5fb6ff2c DO NOT MERGE ANYWHERE. Disable Checkstyle import checking for mnc-ub-dev. 
Most patches going to mnc-ub-dev are fixes that should not require
devs to fix imports. Imports should get fixed in nyc or master branches.

4a3b43c457 Use api-generator 25 when buiding api-versions.xml 
The new api-generator prebuilt fixes a bug where adding
"implements Interface" where Interface is already implemented
by a parent class would be treated as a newly added interface
on this class in the API version the subclass added the implements
statement. (This caused LinkedHashMap to be shown as only adding
the Map interface in API 24.)
