83f0e54c28 Rename the appengine server app ID 
The app id has changed due to the HRD migration.  The new one got an alias,
so the old clients can still use the original URL,
which is http://samplesyncadapter2.appspot.com.

f188f7e1a0 Add default application theme to SupportDesignDemo. 
A default theme helps Android Studio to select the right theme when
opening a layout in the Layout Editor. Without this, Android Studio
selects Holo as the default theme and it causes the preview to fail
because of missing attributes.

83529e3a2c Setup flags to make SDK images provisioned. 
USER_SETUP_COMPLETE is set to 1 so that the device can be fully functional.

28c034b08f Remove ICU from LayoutLib. 
Android now has its own version of ICU bundled. There's no need to
bundle a separate ICU jar.

d72e5b22bb Fix keystore demo layout for Nexus 7 
The plaintext and ciphertext fields weren't showing up on Nexus 7
(possibly other devices too) because of some unresolvable dependencies
between UI elements.

Also stopped leaving these fields editable when no key was selected
and corresponding action buttons were switched off.
