Hui Ling Shi 8a507b7a54 Fix SFLayer TypeErrors in Winscope ...

Fix the errors that pop up when clicking `SurfaceFlingerLayer` in
SurfaceFlingerTrace panel's Hierarchy panel, by taking care of cases
where the property is null.
