Trevor Johns ca8bc22a50 sdk.atree: Fix typo and remove legacy BluetoothChat sample

- Fixed typo: Renamed "MediaEffect" sample to "MediaEffects"
- Removed legacy BluetoothChat sample, since the templatized version
  has now been checked in.
