Nataniel Borges cec16fc9c4 Add backwards compatibility for winscope proxy ...

The winscope traces had a ".pb" extension until S. After S their
received a new ".winscope" extension. This CL adds backwards
compatibility for the Winscope proxy, allowing it to collect files from
both S and master releases

Test: run the local proxy, test with a flashed device in S and master
