Kean Mariotti e081cfee6b refactor Parser's interface 
- add class TimestampType (ELAPSED or REAL)
- add class Timestamp (timestamp value + type)
- use bigint (instead of number) to represent timestamp values

Test: cd development/tools/winscope-ng && npm run build:all && npm run test:all
