Louis Dionne d898f74a78 [libcxx] Remove unused definition of aligned allocation macro on old OS X

We don't support mac OS 10.6 and older anymore, so this macro can never
be defined. This bit of code had been added in D28931 as a fix for
PR31448, but it doesn't seem necessary anymore.

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
