Asiri Rathnayake da39f1bc79 [libcxx] Fix externally-threaded shared library builds after r291275.

Need to allow unresolved symbols in the dylib. This was previously done for
LIBCXX_HAS_EXTERNAL_THREAD_API, but we have since split that into two with
LIBCXX_BUILD_EXTERNAL_THREAD_LIBRARY being the externally-threaded variant.

Also a minor CMakeLists.txt cleanup.

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
