Marshall Clow df9db31c27 Fix PR#25973 : 'basic_string::assign(InputIt, InputIt) doesn't provide the strong exception safety guarantee'. This turned out to be a pervasive problem in <string>, which required a fair amount of rework. Add in an optimization for when iterators provide noexcept increment/comparison/assignment/dereference (which covers many of the iterators in libc++). Reviewed as http://reviews.llvm.org/D15862

libc++ Documentation
====================

The libc++ documentation is written using the Sphinx documentation generator. It is
currently tested with Sphinx 1.1.3.

To build the documents into html configure libc++ with the following cmake options:

  * -DLLVM_ENABLE_SPHINX=ON
  * -DLIBCXX_INCLUDE_DOCS=ON

After configuring libc++ with these options the make rule `docs-libcxx-html`
should be available.
