Lorenzo Colitti 38bbdbd1aa Fix a couple of JavaDoc errors in NetworkAgentInfo. ...

These don't break compilation because NetworkAgentInfo doesn't
expose any APIs and thus doesn't generate javadoc, but they
are flagged by the IDE.
