Chalard Jean afe26600fb Migrate away from AsyncChannel in NetworkAgent 
Use two oneway binder interfaces instead.
The interfaces post messages to handlers as was implemented before, but
provide a more strictly defined interface, with less hops between
NetworkAgent, AsyncChannel, and ConnectivityService.
