lucaslin f0d393d530 Using Context#getSystemService instead of ServiceManager#checkService 
ConnectivityService is going to be a mainline module, it can only
use formal APIs or @SystemApi. So use public API -
Context#getSystemService() instead of hidden API -
ServiceManager#checkService().
