Alan Coopersmith 232f1ddf3d Fix gcc -Wwrite-strings warnings in XkbGetRulesDflts ...

Stop temporarily storing a pointer to a constant literal string
in a char *, just to strdup it a few lines later.

Fixes gcc -Wwrite-strings warnings:
