Pull it out of RadioSignalStrength_1_2 and copy it to the GSM
part of the RIL packet. That's how it was being reported by
radio@1.0 adaptations.

That eliminates unnecessary linkage of shared library against ofono.
Not that the library was particularly useful outside of ofono plugin
environment, but this linkage wasn't really necessary and it was the
last reference to ofono.

Apparently, the only way to get rid of "warning: G_ADD_PRIVATE" with
latest GLib is to completely disable all Glib deprecation warnings.
G_GNUC_BEGIN_IGNORE_DEPRECATIONS and G_GNUC_END_IGNORE_DEPRECATIONS
macros don't help with deprecated macros :/
